The first zero carbon house in Birmingham, and one of the first in the UK!
- Will possibly be the first home built to Level 6 of the Code for Sustainable Buildings to be lived in.
- The first zero carbon home in the UK to be built around an existing house (a small Victorian redbrick semi), re-using its walls.
